Executive Profile
Ray has over thirty years of experience in organizational leadership, real property management, decision support analytics, information technology, program management and professional management and technical services. This work is balanced between the commercial and Federal government sector (military and civilian). Ray has created and led organizations specializing in technical and program management services practices in the areas of real property management, technology planning, commercial software tools, business process assessments, best practices, mapping and spatial data (GIS), and facilities management.
Ray has ten years experience as a Federal employee, managing programs that included facilities planning, operations, facilities and infrastructure mapping, new construction and environmental compliance activities. Ray has been an executive with a facilities management software company (responsible for strategic product planning, market relations and Federal customer accounts) and was also an executive with a Northern Virginia professional services company specializing in real property asset management analytics and decision support.
Ray is actively involved in Virginia agritourism and provides executive and business management consulting services support to multiple wineries. This work includes business planning, start-ups, financing, investor relations, project management, and government regulations compliance and operations oversight.
Ray’s career is highlighted with innovations and (nationally recognized) accomplishments with success and growth in business management and government administration, program and project management. Ray is a frequently requested speaker and has been published numerous times in professional journals over the recent years.
